Double Rails with sliders to clamp all raters or chevrons at once.

Double Rail

One rails is fixed in the Hole Grid, the other can be slided alongside it and will clamp the sliders together.

Pneumatic Pressors & Table Extension

Using a Table Extension Pneumatic Pressors can be used to clamp the Double Rails. Perfect positionning especially in the middle of the rafters.

The Edge Stop is raised with additional plates to position the bird’s mouths.

Bird’s Mouth Aligner

Height-Adjustable angle to align the chevron’s bird’s mouths. Can be positioned anywhere on the table.

Rail Extension 2 m

Perforated rail with supporting foot. Can be extended by another 2 m.

Adjustable Purlin Angle

The Purlin Angle for the inferior purlin slides along the table extension and can be clamped laterally.

Fixed Purlin Angle

Adjust the turnbuckle to simulate roof inclinations from 0-45°.

Lay out the entire roof on the purlin. Just as they’ll be mounted on site.
