Was macht Vakuumpressen in der BSP-Produktion so beliebt? Der Schweizer Maschinenhersteller Woodtec Fankhauser gibt Auskunft. Mit \u00fcber 40 in Betrieb befindlichen Vakuumpressen ist er seit f\u00fcnfzehn Jahren in diesem Bereich erfolgreich t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Holzkurier, BSP-Special 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-woodtec-blocks-section-wrapper page-section\"><div class=\"section-content\">\n<p>Ab und bis zu welcher Betriebsgr\u00f6\u00dfe sind Vakuumpressen f\u00fcr BSP interessant? Diese Frage kann Benjamin Fankhauser nicht mit einem Satz beantworten. Der Woodtec Marketingleiter ortet f\u00fcr seine Vakuumpressen zwei Trends. Auf der einen Seite sind da kleine und mittelst\u00e4ndische Unternehmen die beschlie\u00dfen, BSP nicht l\u00e4nger zukaufen zu wollen. \u201eDiesen Betrieben bieten wir mit unseren Pressen eine ausgesprochen kosteng\u00fcnstige L\u00f6sung. In den meisten F\u00e4llen geht es dabei nicht um gro\u00dfe Leistungen, sondern um einen einfachen Markteinstieg\u201c, meint Fankhauser. Mit nachtr\u00e4glicher Automatisation, Schichtbetrieb oder einer weiteren Presse kann die Produktion dann schrittweise gesteigert werden. Ein Vorgehen das laut Woodtec nicht nur f\u00fcr die Herstellung von BSP f\u00fcr eigene Bauvorhaben interessant ist, sondern auch f\u00fcr S\u00e4gewerke und Leimholzhersteller, die regional als Zulieferer von BSP auftreten wollen. Als zweiten Kundenkreis nennt Fankhauser Industriebetriebe, die durch automatische Lamellenzufuhr, Vakuumheber und weitere Automatisierungsma\u00dfnahmen den Output maximieren. Als Beispiel f\u00fchrt der Marketingleiter Binderholz an. Die Tiroler produzieren auf den f\u00fcnf St\u00fcck 20 m-Vakuumpressen von Woodtec einen betr\u00e4chtlichen Anteil ihres BSP-Aussto\u00dfes \u2013 nach Sch\u00e4tzungen Fankhausers weit \u00fcber 100.000 m3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flexibilit\u00e4t ein aktuelles Thema<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben den geringen Investitionskosten liegt der Vorteil einer Vakuumpresse in der flexiblen Plattendimensionierung. \u201eDie dehnbare Membran, unter welcher das Vakuum entsteht, passt sich jeder Oberfl\u00e4che an. Das gleichzeitige Verpressen von unterschiedlich gro\u00dfen Platten, Elementen mit T\u00fcrausschnitten oder gebogenen Formen ist somit ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Aufwand m\u00f6glich\u201c, informiert Fankhauser. Er erg\u00e4nzt, dass auch Platten mit \u00fcber 3,5 m Breite problemlos m\u00f6glich sind, wo man bei mechanischen Pressen schon auf gro\u00dfe technische H\u00fcrden st\u00f6\u00dft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausbau von bestehenden Anlagen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Im vergangenen Jahr nahm Woodtec Fankhauser \u00fcber zehn Vakuumpressen in Betrieb, darunter Anlagen bei Stora Enso und Mets\u00e4 Wood in Finnland. \u201eDer spanische Holzbauer Egoin orderte zus\u00e4tzlich zu den bereits bestehenden zwei Pressen zwei weitere Vakuumpressen mit automatisierter Lamellenzufuhr ab der Keilzinke f\u00fcr eine komplett neue Anlage\u201c, berichtet Fankhauser. Als weiteren Zukunftsmarkt sieht man Frankreich. 2013 konnte Woodtec dort die erste BSP-Produktion \u00fcberhaupt einrichten, 2017 wurden gleich vier Woodtec Vakuumpressen in Betrieb genommen. Besonders stolz ist der Schweizer auf ein vor wenigen Monaten abgeschlossenes Projekt in Schottland: \u201eEs handelt sich um die erste Anlage in Gro\u00dfbritannien, die die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet Brettsperrholzplatten kommerziell herzustellen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Fankhauser. Sie wurde am Construction Scotland Innovation Centre eingerichtet und soll schottischen KMU eine Br\u00fccke bieten, vom Businessplan, Zertifizierung und Produktionstest in Echtgr\u00f6\u00dfe zur Installation der eigenen BSP-Anlage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neue Funktionalit\u00e4t f\u00fcr bew\u00e4hrtes System<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die bereits seit 15 Jahren auf dem Markt erh\u00e4ltlichen Vakuumpressen wurden in den vergangenen Jahren st\u00e4ndig mit neuen Funktionalit\u00e4ten erweitert. Diese wurden oft gemeinsam mit Kunden entwickelt und vielfach auch auf bestehenden Anlagen nachger\u00fcstet. Die Vakuumpresse verf\u00fcgt neu \u00fcber hydraulischen Querdruck, um die Sichtqualit\u00e4t der Fugen nochmals deutlich zu verbessern. Der Klebstoffauftrag ist komplett digitalisiert und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 16 individuell schaltbare Einzeld\u00fcsen. Damit k\u00f6nnen auch gro\u00dfe Platten in 60 bis 90 Sekunden ganzfl\u00e4chig beleimt werden.
